Our success in the field to date – and our continued work – is due to the people at GGL.  

The GGL NT field team, headed by Chris Hrkac, has been based in Yellowknife since 1992.  The company benefits from the team's access to local knowledge and support at the center of Canadian diamond and mineral exploration in the Northwest Territories.  

We are fortunate to have working for us some of the Canadian industry’s most experienced exploration geologists, field technicians and technology experts.   They combine practical field experience and company loyalty, with an in-depth understanding of how to marry our own field data with publicly accessible and computerized databases.  This technological capability has been instrumental in identifying valuable claims and for building value for shareholders.

GGL also has an outstanding support group of consultants who work with management and the Yellowknife team to analyze information and spot opportunities.   QP for the diamond project is Torrie Chartier, M.Sc., MBA, who was part of the team in 1996/1997 during the discovery of the Doyle dyke.  She has more than 15 years of diamond exploration experience. 

Dr. Felix Kaminsky worked for close to 30 years in the USSR identifying diamond exploration opportunities before coming to Canada in 1994.  

We are fortunate to have the expertise of Nick Carter, Ken Witherly, and Gary Vivian on the nickel project, and Dr. Paul Richardson on the copper/gold project.

GGL's team includes young geologists with new ideas, knowledge of current theory and techniques as well as ambition and energy.

GGL is supported by a strong Board of Directors, with senior executive experience in successful major mining companies, junior exploration companies and in corporate finance.
